Data we process

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or Facebook, we process the contact details and message content you provide to reply, arrange appointments, and manage the customer relationship.

Event registration may happen through external links or organizer services. Those services follow their own privacy and cookie practices.

Please do not send unnecessary health data or other sensitive information through unsecured message channels. If such information is needed for a service, it will be agreed separately.

Website functionality

The site uses necessary browser storage to remember the breath ritual (merjakallunki-visited) and your cookie choice (merjakallunki-cookie-consent-v1). These are not analytics or marketing.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels on the site. The site has no user accounts, newsletter subscription, or automated decision-making.

The technical service providers are Vercel (hosting and technical logs) and Sanity (content management and images).

Third-party content

The Instagram feed on the Merja page is loaded from LightWidget only if you accept third-party content in the cookie banner. LightWidget, Instagram, or Meta may then process data under their own policies.

Social media and WhatsApp entries are external links. Showing a link on this site does not load their cookies.

Retention and rights

Inquiries are generally retained for up to 12 months if no customer relationship begins. Customer, service, and administrative records are retained only as long as necessary for the service, contract, legitimate interest, or legal obligations.

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and in some cases to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
